This project represents a cross-org collaboration between Ops Internal Comms and the Reputation, Marketing, and Insights team. Combining our joint expertise in internal and external-facing storytelling, we sought to experiment with a hybrid, docu-style ad. In April 2025, the video was distributed to an internal audience via A to Z, Amazon’s employee-facing app. As of mid-April, the 30s video has driven 36K employees to the RME careers page, +2,330 bps vs. the '24 benchmark.
